Not many people knew that there were such things as Law of Attraction teachers a few years ago.

Heck, most of us never even heard of or had any understanding of the Law of Attraction (LOA) before the wildly popular movie/book, The Secret, came along in 2006, let alone knowing of Law of Attraction teachers.

The movie and book, both by Australian-born Rhonda Byrne, kicked off a wildly popular craze at the beginning of 2007 after talk show moguls Larry King, Ellen Degeneres and Oprah Winfrey had Rhonda and some of her movie cast of Law of Attraction teachers on their respective talk shows. The movie actually came out in 2006, but knowledge of it didn't hit most US citizens' radar until after the talk show blitz.

Myself included.

But once I heard about it, my interest peaked, and so I had to see the movie. Afterwards, the things that the Law of Attraction teachers focused on in the movie just seemed to make so much sense, although I definitely experienced some skepticism as well.

As it turns out, other experts claim that the movie maybe simplified a bit how LOA works to bring each person their experiences in life. But all in all, I do believe that applying LOA principles DOES affect our outer experiences in life, and that's what all Law of Attraction teachers try to get across.

I've been on a quest to find out and learn as much as I possibly can about The Law of Attraction ever sense I saw the movie, and the movie's Law of Attraction teachers are definitely at the top of my list of whom I lend credibility to in terms of teaching it.

Bob Proctor

Bob has an "elder statesman" feel about him as he "represents" the teachings of the Law of Attraction. He's extremely charismatic, eloquent, always seems to be wearing a tailor made suit, and there's just an air of wisdom about him.

He also does a monologue, almost a college lecture, of about 15 minutes or so on one of the chapter options on The Secret's DVD. He does an outstanding job as one of the Law of Attraction teachers in this monologue (and in the movie) describing the universal laws, specifically the Law of Attraction and Law of Vibration. If you are a little fuzzy about this whole Law of Attraction and Law of Vibration thing, and want someone to explain it to you plainly and succinctly on a video, I highly recommend that Bob Proctor monologue chapter on The Secret DVD.

James Ray

James is another of the Law of Attraction teachers from the movie that comes off very astutely. I see his web presence everywhere these days, as well as on the talk show circuit on TV. I find it interesting to hear his spiritual take on The Law of Attraction and Vibration. He has studied not only Christianity, but also the ancient religions of Peru and the Far East.

He often combines these faiths and beliefs to give a unique perspective as a Law of Attraction teacher.

Lisa Nichols
